How fast can my Event Hub go live?

48 hours from when we get your content. Rush 24-hour setup available on Growth plan. We handle all the tech — you just send event details, logos, and links.

Do attendees need to download an app or make an account?

No. It’s a web link that works on any phone. Open from a QR code, text, email, or social post. Zero friction. Zero login walls.

Can I update the schedule after it’s live?

Yes. With Monthly Maintenance we handle all updates for you. Without maintenance, you get one revision round included, then $49/update or upgrade to monthly.

What if I already use Eventbrite or Facebook Events?

Perfect. The hub links to your Eventbrite for tickets and embeds your Facebook feed. It becomes the front door — guests get info here, then click through to buy or register where you already sell.

Can you use my domain name?

Yes. We can put it on events.yourdomain.com or yourdomain.com/event. If you don’t have a domain, we include a holdthat.app link like crawfest2026.holdthat.app.

What happens after my event ends?

Your hub stays live for 30 days free so attendees can access photos, sponsor links, and resources. After that you can archive it, renew for next year, or we can export everything to you.
